When is my bill due?

It is due upon receipt. You have 25 days for Larson Waste to receive payment and not be charged a late fee.

What are my payment options?
You can pay your bill in person, over the phone or online. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Master Card or Discover. We do not accept checks over the phone.
What should I do if I can’t pay my bill?
We try to work with our customers to the best of our ability. Please contact the Customer Service Department and we will help you set up payment arrangements. 
Why do you require up-front payment for outgoing temporary dumpster and roll off service?
We require up-front payment due to the fact it is usually a short-term service with a quick turn-around. 
How can I pay my bill online?

On our home page click on the “PAY HERE NOW” button at the top right of the page.

Are there any additional fees such as environmental fees or taxes?
No, there are not any additional fees or taxes.
Does this service require a contract?
No. Our residential service does not require a contract. 
When I rent a Roll Off, will I be billed for extra weight?
Yes. If your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order, you will be charged an additional cost. 

SCHEDULE:

What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
What time do I need to have my trash out?
Your trash must be out to the curb by 6:00 am. 
Will my service be delayed by holidays?
Please check our Home page for HOLIDAY SCHEDULE or contact our Customer Service Department. 

SERVICES:

How do I add or remove services?
To make any changes to your service, please contact our Customer Service Department.
How do I change or cancel an order?
To cancel an order of a dumpster, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible so that you will not be charged a delivery fee.
Can I put my trash collection on hold?
We do offer “on-hold” services. Contact Customer Service to set that up.

How can I transfer my service from my previous address to my new address?
Please contact our Customer Service Department to get the address changed on your account, as far as the residential cart, you can move it yourself or call us and we can move it for you. 
Do you offer an every other week trash pick-up?
Yes, please contact our Customer Service Departs for options and rates. 
What size of residential containers do you offer?

We offer 95 gal trash containers for residential service. 

GENERAL:

How do I dispose of large items?

To dispose of large items contact the Customer Service Department for options and charges for this service. 

How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 24 business hours notice to ensure we can accommodate you. 
What if each week I have more trash than will fit in my cart?

We can get you additional carts at a discounted rate, please contact our Customer Service Department for options and rates. 

What are unacceptable materials to place in the trash containers?
Antifreeze

Appliances

Asbestos

Batteries

Chemical products

Dirt

Electronics

Flammable liquid

Hazardous waste

PICK-UP INFORMATION:

When is my pick-up day?

Contact the Customer Service Department and they will give you the pick-up information for your area.

How do I get an extra pick-up?
To receive an extra pick-up, please contact our Customer Service Department, 24 hours in advance for scheduling.
How do I report a missed pick-up?

If you have been accidentally missed, please contact our Customer Service Department right away. We require notice within 24 business hours. 

What if I have extra bags for pick-up?

Extra bags are $3.00 each. Please call the Customer Service Department to schedule the trash pickup or the driver cannot pick them up.

What if I have boxes and cardboard for pick-up?
All boxes must be broken down and stacked by the cart, if a large box is put inside of the cart it sometimes will get stuck in the cart and the trash will not fall out when dumped. The driver cannot see if everything has fallen out of the cart so you would still have trash in the cart. Please call Customer Service to have the boxes scheduled for pick-up. 

COMMERCIAL:

Do you offer locking lids for permanent dumpsters?
Yes we offer locking lids for a onetime charge of $50.00. Please request this when signing up for new service. 
How can I prevent people from dumping in my dumpster?
You should consider getting a locking lid. Contact our Customer Service Department if that idea might interest you. Persons not authorized to use your dumpster is considered illegal dumping and can be fined; contact the non-emergency police line to report. 
My equipment needs to be repaired: how can I get it fixed? Is there a charge?

Please contact our Customer Service Department to schedule and repair or replacement of your container. We cover basic wear and tear, such as a broken wheel, cracked cart or broken or missing lids at no additional charge. If above and beyond that, such as burn or melted container due to hot ashes, there may be a charge assessed.

SPECIAL CASES:

We are only at our residence part time and are not there to put our cart out for pick-up. Do you have any service to help us out?

Yes, we have a special service called Door to Door Service. When the truck arrives at your house the driver with go up to your house, pull the cart to the truck, empty the trash and return your cart to the house. The driver cannot go into the back yard or garage to retrieve the cart, so it will need to be placed in a spot easy to access. Please contact our Customer Service Department for options and rates. 

What if my cart is missing?
Occasionally, neighbors accidentally grab each other’s carts or the wind will blow and it may end up at a wrong service address. We recommend that you write down the cart serial number found on the front of the cart or contact our Customer Service Department to get the cart number that has been assigned to you. If you cannot locate your cart, we can send out a service representative to assist you or assign a new cart to you. 
I am not able to pull out my trash cart due to health issues. Do you have any service to help me out?

Yes, we have a special service called Door to Door Service.
